15,000-30,000 SHU. Chile De Arbol, translates to tree chili in Spanish, this cute pepper packs heat! It is about six times hotter than a jalapeno! Let this pepper dry until the stem is wood-like for maximum flavor! Make sure to coat with a bit of oil to get the smoky and nutty flavor from the pepper! This is a popular ingredient with salsa making!
