AnnualThis 1940s Puerto Rican variety is a medium-size eggplant with light purple skin and white flesh. Skin is tender and never bitter with heavy yields. Rosita has a creamy texture when cooked and absorbs any added flavors.

So far all 6 seeds that I planted have germinated and are growing well. I am planning on transplanting them into bigger pots soon until they’re ready for the garden.
My old reliable variety, always produces an abundance of tomatoes towards the end of the season!
Little pepper plants popped up quickly, they seem to be doing very well thus far.
