5,000-15,000 SHU. Unlike their closest cousin the Hungarian sweet, these peppers are HOT! Tangy ion flavor with a spicy twist. Plants produce banana-shaped peppers that will turn orange with time. Excellent for short-season areas. Bright yellow and a popular choice for canning and pickling. Pickle with garlic and carrots for an amazing hot pepper relish.
