AnnualWinter Vine. This sweet and nutty butternut squash is a crowd favorite, prized for its classic shape and compact size. It has a small seed cavity, meaning there will be more flesh than other types of squash. Ideal in small gardens and containers, this squash will produce between 3 and 6 squash, about 1-2 pounds each, and has a long shelf life.

I planted 3 of these seeds as soon as they arrived and I got 100% germination. It's a few weeks later and the seedlings are looking very strong and healthy. I'm super excited to try these squash.
We have grown these for several years in our raised beds. We really like them for a few reasons...they take less space than other butternuts, they produce well and the fruits are a bit smaller - making them perfect for a smaller family.

Great fertilizer. Used for the first time last year for my fall bulbs and they were stunning and strong come spring. Planting another 250 bulbs this fall so came back for more bulb fertilizer. I also use the Trifecta. Can’t go wrong with any of Luke’s amendments.

I grew this in a straw bale garden in 2025 and really enjoyed it. It grew amazingly well and was beautiful, so I purchased more for 2026. Michigan zone 6b.
I have grown these for the last few years and they are hands down my favorite. I like romas and firm tomatoes. These remind me of mini romas. These are less prone to splitting, super easy to harvest and has a super great flavor and very meaty. YUM!
The cloves are large, full and heavy. Of the two cloves I kept (shared 2 with my daughter), 12 were large enough to plant, 1 will be consumed.
