This is a tried and true MIgardener favorite! This variety has a texture unlike any other lettuce around. The texture is caused by hundreds of crinkles in the leaves. The lettuce is cold hardy and can overwinter without any protection. Light green crinkled leaves often cause this lettuce to be confused with the endive. Not as heat tolerant as other varieties but makes up for it by how successful it is in the cold. Grows great in full sun or partial sun and grows well in containers.
Love this lettuce! Grows well here in zone 8b.
These are already growing well!
Great price and MIgardner seeds seem to be good quality. But I have yet to plant and harvest this lettuce. Hopefully it lives up to what I read about it.
MIgardener has the best seeds. I'm going to plant the Tango Leaf Lettuce seeds I just received next season but I have never had an issue with the quality of any of their seeds. The only place I like to get my seeds now as well as some other gardening supplies!
Soft leaf, not bitter, used cut and come again to harvest. Came up early and handled the heat for quite a while with the intensive close planting method!

This is my second time ordering these seeds, they gave me great harvest last season therefore I decided to reorder them! Thank you.
This is a beautiful basil. The leaves have stunning purple veins. Pleasant smell.
AT's reputation for drought tolerance is well deserved. In a part of the garden that was not watered this summer, AT is still going strong while the other varieties have given up. Something to consider if you're looking for a variety that can handle neglect.
These things are SOOO fluffy! And they drop lots of seeds so you can have a nice reseeded sunflower patch of these big cuties, mine only grew to be about 5 ft but that was in poor condition so I can’t wait to see what these guys do in good soil!
So I live in Florida where you typically cannot grow lettuce during the summer, this plant somehow decided to go through ALL OF SUMMER and then decided to cooler wether is when it was gonna bolt.
There were major aphid issues on the one I was growing so I didn’t get to eat much of it but it tasted okay, almost didn’t have a real taste to it to be honest
