The Red Noodle Pole Bean is an eye-catching and productive heirloom variety, known for its striking burgundy-red pods that can grow up to 18 inches long. This vigorous climber thrives in warm climates, reaching maturity in 80-90 days. The beans have a tender, crisp texture and a mildly sweet flavor, perfect for stir-fries, salads, and steaming. As they cook, the red color deepens, adding visual appeal to dishes. Plant these beans in well-drained soil with full sun and provide sturdy support for their vigorous vines.

Love them!

I have a very small space to grow stuff so vertical is the way for me. These do not disappoint! They are beautiful, prolific and very delicious. They stay dark after cooking so it's a pretty presentation also.

Abundant beans!

Not only are these beans so fun to grow because of how gorgeous they are they are soooo prolific! They tend to take a little bit slower in the beginning compared to other beans planted at the same time but once they shoot off you’ll be overflowing with beans!

We love the Red Noodle Beans

This really helps with vertical growing as we have too many trees. I just learned that needed to grow more next season. Not realizing as we moved to an area with a short growing season in zone 7B. I am testing the theory to see if I can get another round of these beans before it gets too cold.

Such a fun bean

I grew these for the first time last year and I love them! They cook up similar to green beans. I love how easy they are to find and picking one red noodle bean is similar to 7-10 regular beans. I plan to grow them every year.

It grows!

Every seed planted, has sprouted and is doing great, even with the crazy slug and sow bug infestation I have this year! I planted box store beans and 1 out of 4 seeds sprouted! Definitely purchasing again! Thank you.
