AnnualThe Red Acre cabbage is a tightly packed plant on a short stem. Its head is a reddish-purple and is resistant to cabbage yellow disease. The head grows up to 7″ across and weighs 3 lbs. Wonderful to add color to traditional coleslaw.

This cabbage is not only beautiful but resilient as well. 100% germination rate with a few who survived a last minute location switch. They hadn’t emerged and were discovered while tilling soil for different seeds. Looking forward to watching them grow and lots of pickled cabbage. Thank you!

Pretty much all the seed I've planted from this packet has grown into a wonderful head of cabbage. Perfect size for boiled dinner--or any use really. Plan to grow yearly now.
Last year was my first time planting this cabbage and it grew beautifully. I've planted it again this year and it is thriving so far.

We have nice fertile soil in our greenhouse and able to control those pesty little flea beetles that can decimate eggplants foliage. I've been keeping them under control with DE and my eggplants are massive in size, about 3-4 feet tall with 1 foot lower leaves.
The eggplants fruit are developing nicely, nearly doubling in size daily. There are plenty of blossoms too. We're expecting that we won't need to grow more for a few years, we're planning on freeze drying most if them.
I purchased several packs of seeds from MiGardener during the semi annual sale, and they did not disappoint! Nearly 100 percent germination rate on all seeds I've planted. The only thing I haven't been able to germinate is lemon grass, which I'm learning may 1 take a very long time to germinate in general and 2 need bottom heat to help them sprout. Even without being on sale 2 bucks a seed pack for the amount they give (very generous compared to other companies, I might add) is a crazy good deal. I'm not a seasoned gardener, so I don't necessarily know what's normal or not, but out of all the seeds I planted (got about a dozen different herbs and greens from MIgardener), the fenugreek was the quickest to sprout, had the highest germination rate, and the largest sprouting leaves. I'm pretty excited to watch them grow into beautiful plants.
Gardening for over 40 years. The Trifecta very impressed has all the elements I want in a fertilizer. Next year I will buy the largest amount.
Second squash to produce for me. Picked young and the skin is very thin/easily bruises. Roasted first batch and they were a delicious mild flavor! Very soft but the roasting gave a nice crust on them. 2nd batch mixed in a stir fry and it overcooked very easily and was mushy. I like how prolific this plant is and the mild taste. Just need to make sure not to overcook. Well definitely grow again.
