The Fresno chili pepper is a vibrant, medium-heat pepper known for its bright red color and versatile flavor. Maturing in about 70-80 days, these peppers start green and ripen to a brilliant red, with a heat level similar to jalapeños. Fresno chilis have a slightly sweeter and fruitier taste when fully ripe, making them perfect for salsas, sauces, and fresh use in salads. The plants are prolific and thrive in full sun with well-drained soil. Popular in both culinary and garden settings, Fresno chili peppers add a spicy kick and vibrant color to a variety of dishes. 2,500 to 10,000 Scoville Heat Units.
They germinated quickly and seem quite healthy
I've used this pepper in some of my dishes, such as sauces and salsas. I usually buy them, but they can be hard to find. They are similar to jalapenos, but there are flavor differences. Where jalapenos remind me of spicy bell peppers, the Fresno chili has fruity and smoky notes the jalapenos don't have even when ripe. MIGardener is my go-to seed shop because I know I'm getting high germination rates and excellent customer service. Offering free shipping on purchases over $19.99 on seeds is also a nice bonus.
They arrived when said, they should start sprouting in the next day or three. Give you a five when they sprout.
Great germination can’t wait to get them outside but it will be a while
It’s January and I just got the seeds for this pepper and they constantly keep requesting my review on this pepper 🌶️

I've been using Trifecta plus since just about the beginning when it first came out. The results have been excellent. I've actually only used Miracle Grow before and with this product I can feel good about what's going in to the food and the nutrition level, thanks Migardener!
These seeds are growing very well. I am excited to taste them this Summer.
Concord Seedless grapes look great. They are growing beautifully.
I have never started my garden from seeds, but after watching several of your youtube videos I decided it was time. So far, I have been able to start the tomatoes, squash, green beans and pumpkins. Everything I planted has come up. I plan to buy more seeds in the future, as this has boosted my confidence in the garden.
I am kind of stunned. I planted these shortly after they arrived in spite of unusual wet, cold weather in southern Ohio. Both vines are flourishing. Currently working on a support system and a way to protect them from the local varmints before they're part of the buffet I seem to plant every spring.
