Ocimum basilicum var. thyrsiflorum. Thai basil is a fragrant herb widely used in Southeast Asian cuisine, known for its distinctive anise and licorice-like flavor with a hint of spice. The plant features narrow, pointed green leaves and purple stems, often producing small, edible purple flowers. Thai basil is more stable under heat and has a longer duration when cooking.  Thai basil is ideal for container gardening.

Easy Herb

Great germination and adds a lovely smell to the garden. It did become a bit of a bush in my raised bed shading some areas. I know better for next season

Wow...These seeds germinated great for me here in Bay City, MI. The plants are a joy to care for and grew to be quite strong as we live on a very windy corner. Will be growing these again both for looks and for culinary value!
