Red Dutch Shallots produce clusters of attractive reddish-copper bulbs with rosy-purple flesh. These easy-to-grow multiplier shallots are prized for their exceptional flavor, excellent storage life, and versatility in the kitchen. Perfect for roasting, caramelizing, pickling, or using fresh in salads, they deliver reliable harvests and divide into multiple bulbs from a single planting. Red Dutch shallots typically produce 6–12 bulbs from each planted shallot.
