Hardneck
1 full head
Korean Red Hardneck garlic is a robust, spicy heirloom variety known for its bold flavor and reliable cold-hardiness. This hardneck variety produces large, purple-tinged bulbs with 6-8 plump, easy-to-peel cloves. Its strong, savory taste makes it perfect for use in stir-fries, marinades, and pickling. Maturing in mid-summer, Korean Red is well-suited for northern climates and tolerates harsh winters. With excellent storage capabilities, Korean Red Hardneck garlic remains flavorful for 4-6 months when properly cured and stored.
Type: Rocambole
Cloves per Bulb: Approximately 6-8 cloves
Flavor Profile: robust, very hard, and sweet when roasted
Storage Life: 4-6 months
The smell and look of this garlic is amazing. Looking forward to next years’ crop.
Very good bulbs that were a bit tricky to peel out of the bulbs but very fragrant and very colorful
A nice big seed bulb. It was in great condition, nice and firm and ready to be planted.

I absolutely love MIgardener. Seeds have a great germination rate. The garlic was beautiful this year and has always done well for me!!
Last year I decided to plant a "tunnel" of sunflowers on the other side of my tall blueberry bushes and these added a colorful variety to the typical yellow! These are now a favorite that will be a "grow again!"
I received a packet of this mix with a previous greenstalk order through MIgardener (best price around!) and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to grow and how delicious it was! I’ve never grown salad greens before and this was the perfect mix. Even after burning out on gardening late in the summer, I will always look forward to growing this salad green mix in the spring. Thanks for introducing me!
Our banana peppers arrived fairly quickly, even though there was a winter storm in Michigan.
I'm sure they will do well, as most seeds from Migardener do well.
I’ve been growing these for multiple years now. I love all the little surprises that come up. I have quite a collection of cactus plants now, thanks to these seed packets.
Excellent germination! Excellent packaging! Probably jumped the gun a bit but only planted 6 seeds for now!
