AnnualKnown as the melon of Israel, this variety is named for the Hebrew word which means "the anchor". An early melon that grows from 3-4 lbs. Striking in color and texture, this variety will keep for 3-5 days once cut. Its size allows for tender flesh and an overflow of sweetness.

Growing amazingly
Super aromatic… Grew 2 melons successfully in a small raised box but eating a perfume-like melon wasn’t to my taste. I won’t grow again as I’d like to try other melon varieties out.
Started my seeds on 12/31/25. I’ve had almost 100% germination and the onion seedlings are a couple of inches tall at this point (1/9/26). Looking forward to a great harvest!
Grew these last year, so I bought more seeds! they were awesome, very prolific and tasted great!!
I started them early....did waterjug winter seed starts .. they did very well....grew up to be nice sturdy plants, bearing lots of fruit! Thank You!!
