Arrived completely dead.planted anywsys- no plants - they were 100% dried up. Wasted my money

Planting strawberries for the first time and all of the plants are doing great except for one that is struggling to grow. Instructions that arrived with the plants was extremely helpful! Very happy with my purchase and looking forward to next year's harvest.

Out of ALL the strawberries I purchased this year maybe 10 have survived and grown. The rest were just dead looking roots when opened and though planted within a few days to a week,taken care of the same ,just never grew.
There were also 2 sets of 10 strawberries, that due to health I couldn't plant as soon as they should have and by the time I could they were no longer ok.
The raspberry plants are still just dead sticks,though theywere put into planters within a couple days.

If the 3 varieties ( Albion Flavorfest and Honeoye only Honeoye arrived looking healthy and only Honeoye grew. I followed soaking and planted them ASAP, watered consistently ( I have grown strawberries over 8 years with great success) and they just were dead roots. Overall thrilled with the growth on the Honeoye, disappointed with the others. Beds was prepped well ,all the things! With that being said, love MIgardener seeds, products,and YouTube! Just sad about my latest order. The shipping seemed excessively long, during record heat in MN ( 90°+in early May) . They arrived as cool wet weather moved in.
