AnnualSummer Bush. This buttercup yellow variety is extremely unique with its adorable scallop shape. It is an extremely productive plant that does not require much space to grow well. Try it on a patio or in containers! We love this when grilling in the summer because it is low on seeds. It is high in fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Creamy texture and extremely buttery and flavorful.

These held up against pest and humidity better than the other squash varieties we had growing at the same time. Once harvested they had a longer shelf life as well. Will continue to grow these everybyear!
Had great germination and despite our crazy weather with high heat, rain, and strong winds, I believe I will have a good late harvest before the winter hits.
