Yellow Carrot

Great germination which can be tough with carrots. I'm still waiting on the finished results

Carrots have not come up. Still waiting....

Yellowstone carrots are excellent steamed or baked with chicken or a roast.
They are not as tender as orange carrots raw but still good.
They are strong growers with strong tops, they can get real nice size which are great for juicing or baking.
A fun carrot to grow to add cooor and variety to your carrot patch, pair with heirloom purple and orange varieties for a nice market choice or to savor for yourself.

Can't wait to plant them

These carrots taste great and add a beautiful splash of color to our meals and canning jars. I grow them every year and highly recommend growing them.
