All American Parsnip

They always have everything I'm looking for.

We bought these seeds for a late harvest and they are performing better than expected. They keep well throughout the winter months and hold their flavor as well A staple in many of our winter soups and roasts.

I did not get even 1 seed to grow. I did not get any to grow from last years batch of seeds. All varieties of carrots in both beds I tried grew so good but no parsnips at all.

I've never grown parsnips but I've heard they are slow. Maybe they will germinate yet but it's almost July.

They look good but of course have not dug them yet.
