I haven’t planted this yet as I will wait until early spring, but I am looking forward to grow it as I have every confidence that it will thrive.

I planted these beets last year and they were so successful I ordered more for this year.

growing a few of these indoors under a light for winter sandwiches. they came up fine still to small to eat so jury is out on taste. growing winter plants also puts moisture in the house and it is very dry this year so bonus.
