Approximate Seed Count: 200A favorite variety for the home gardener. While maintaining its place in the onion family, the American Flag Leek has a more mild and sweet flavor than most onions. Not only is it a close relative to onion, but to garlic as well. The large white stems grow in girth as the leeks mature giving them green flat leaves. A staple in cuisine, leeks give a taste of light onion flavor to soups, stews, or even traditional English meat pies. This variety was bred to endure cold weather.
Just bought them again for this year 2026. Last year they grew amazing. They have become my number one choice after trying different ones over the years.

I wanted to try leeks this year, so I purchased these seeds. Sowed them indoors and they are sprouting nicely. I'm looking forward to planting them out and getting a harvest. I am also looking forward to using them in my cooking

Last year I bought seeds from my local store and I didnt get anything to germinate. This year I purchased all my seeds from MIGardener and I've had to give seedlings away cause nearly all the seeds sprouted!!!

My only complaint is that I was not prepared for how well and fast all of the seeds would grow soI had to pot up earlier than expected! I am very happy with all of the seeds I have purchased from here!
I think I got near perfect germination on these. Cauliflower has always been challenging for me to time it out and know when to harvest. I've been learning that crops that have purple or reds in them (looking at my red lettuce varieties and purple sprouting broccoli) seem to bolt less quickly than their green counterparts in heat.
I have been buying seeds from you for the last 3 years. They germinate very well, and have produced the best gardens I have ever had. I just got my order for this year started in my greenhouse. For the first time I opened a packet of All Seasons Cabbage and there were no seeds in it. the rest of the order is doing great. The price of the seeds also good.
