This delicious mustard variety originates from Tokyo, Japan. Light green frilly leaves with peppery are a rich kick in protein, vitamin K, B6, B2, A, C, E, and minerals like iron. The seeds are traditionally used to make Asian mustard, one of the most amazing mustards on the planet. Plants are cold-hardy and become more peppery as the hot weather sets in.
Haven’t planted these yet but great first experience ordering from this shop. I received my order quickly and correctly.
These seeds germinated right away. I plan on transplanting these into the garden beds to fumigate the soil over the fall/early winter. I also plan on growing them during the spring for salads. Seed quality and quantity (300) is great. Happy with my purchase.

Awesome color on these. Beautiful addition to the (majority pink shades) zinnias I usually grow.
I have way more celery than I have room to plant!
Planted my basil as soon as thepackets arrived!
Last year I decided to plant a "tunnel" of sunflowers on the other side of my tall blueberry bushes and these added a colorful variety to the typical yellow! These are now a favorite that will be a "grow again!"
I received a packet of this mix with a previous greenstalk order through MIgardener (best price around!) and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to grow and how delicious it was! I’ve never grown salad greens before and this was the perfect mix. Even after burning out on gardening late in the summer, I will always look forward to growing this salad green mix in the spring. Thanks for introducing me!
