Korean Red Hardneck garlic is a robust, spicy heirloom variety known for its bold flavor and reliable cold-hardiness. This hardneck variety produces large, purple-tinged bulbs with 6-8 plump, easy-to-peel cloves. Its strong, savory taste makes it perfect for use in stir-fries, marinades, and pickling. Maturing in mid-summer, Korean Red is well-suited for northern climates and tolerates harsh winters. With excellent storage capabilities, Korean Red Hardneck garlic remains flavorful for 4-6 months when properly cured and stored.
Storage Life: 4-6 months
Cloves per Bulb: Approx. 7-10 cloves
These are fabulous, every single one took off and have amazing growth. No fuss gardening with these, forming nice bulbs that should be ready soon!
I ordered two types of garlic. Korean Red, and Music varieties. There were about 4 cloves that were so small, that I didn't plant them. Of the Music variety, one of the cloves was moldy, and about 7 cloves were sliver sized, and I didn't plant them. As of now, I will not purchase garlic from MIGardener again
I received my garlic for planting this fall, this is a new variety that I am trying. It arrived in a timely fashion, just like every other purchase I've made. This galic and the other varieties I ordered were beautiful heads. Can't wait to see how they do!
It was great .Garlic is up.It had a wonderful aroma .
My order arrived and looked amazing. It’s planted and I can’t wait to harvest it next summer.

As described. Good germination.
We have nice fertile soil in our greenhouse and able to control those pesty little flea beetles that can decimate eggplants foliage. I've been keeping them under control with DE and my eggplants are massive in size, about 3-4 feet tall with 1 foot lower leaves.
The eggplants fruit are developing nicely, nearly doubling in size daily. There are plenty of blossoms too. We're expecting that we won't need to grow more for a few years, we're planning on freeze drying most if them.
I purchased several packs of seeds from MiGardener during the semi annual sale, and they did not disappoint! Nearly 100 percent germination rate on all seeds I've planted. The only thing I haven't been able to germinate is lemon grass, which I'm learning may 1 take a very long time to germinate in general and 2 need bottom heat to help them sprout. Even without being on sale 2 bucks a seed pack for the amount they give (very generous compared to other companies, I might add) is a crazy good deal. If you have been on the fence, I encourage you to give MiGardener seeds a try! Thank you Luke and team, and Happy Gardening to all!
I'm not a seasoned gardener, so I don't necessarily know what's normal or not, but out of all the seeds I planted (got about a dozen different herbs and greens from MIgardener), the fenugreek was the quickest to sprout, had the highest germination rate, and the largest sprouting leaves. I'm pretty excited to watch them grow into beautiful plants.
Gardening for over 40 years. The Trifecta very impressed has all the elements I want in a fertilizer. Next year I will buy the largest amount.
