Italian Oregano
I sprinkled some seeds in my raised bed, went on vacation and kind of forgot about them. I went to check on the oregano and it grew into a little bush and it's still growing.
I planted these beets last year and they were so successful I ordered more for this year.

growing a few of these indoors under a light for winter sandwiches. they came up fine still to small to eat so jury is out on taste. growing winter plants also puts moisture in the house and it is very dry this year so bonus.
