AnnualCold hardy and delicious in every way! This green was used for many years as a garnish until people finally started getting smart and began eating it! The leaves are slightly bitter with a nice deep earthy green flavor. Amazing in salads, blended up for green cold soup, or juiced. Rich in vitamins, fiber, and minerals. Very similar to lettuce, but once you try endive; you will feel as if every salad is bland. The flavor is intense and robust.
Fast growing. Very tasty.
Been a consistent producer even in hot weather.This has become my go to salad green year round (zone 8B).

Love the bell pepper so much. 100% germination, plants are strong with lots of blooms.
Reminds me of a mini daikon radish. Beautiful little white radishes, not bitter or spicy. These had great germination for me and produced reliably through a fluctuating cold and warm April/May spring time. We always look forward to harvesting these as one of our first harvested vegetables of the year, and my family loves to boil them whole with some stock as radish soup.
