Dark, royal purple peas that are perfect for the spring garden! Enjoy these as a snow pea by harvesting early or harvest later as a shelling pea! The color does cook to green, so they are best eaten raw if you want the most impressive color. For picky kids who won't eat their veggies, call them “magic color changing peas” and watch them change color right before their eyes!
Although shipping was quite slow at 2 weeks compared with same week other companies, our location is across the country so all is forgiven. I expect great germination and really good quality peas. I will order from M.I. Gardener again.
These peas are sweet & tasty, we eat them young as sugar snaps, pod and all. My kids love that theyre purple! And I love the color too because then you can actually see them. So much easier to harvest than green peas, theres no searching and trying to find them.
16/16 of my seeds germinated and are holding steady growing
I can't wait to grow these.
I am always pleased with the seeds from MIGardner

Producing wonderfully :)
This doesn't fail to impress. Great variety that successfully blooms throughout the season!
Great seed quality!
I grew this pepper plant in a 20 gallon pot and it did very well. It produced dozens of small peppers that were spicy—hotter than your standard jalapeno. I put about 3 of these in my salsa to spice it up along with 5-7 whole jalapeños (I roast them which takes out a portion of the yea). This little plant produced so many peppers that I froze a gallon bag of them to use in recipes throughout the year.
I am loving this squash! It grows so long and has beautiful leaves. I grow it upward and loves it! I have harvested at least 3-4 on one plant already. The remainder of the blooms are male, and I am not sure if I will have any more. :( I have, however, planted more in the mean time hoping I will harvest as many as this one. I will definately grow more!. Thank you!
