Haven't started yet but quick shipping

Still too cold to start here but it wasshipped quickly and package in great condition.

Second squash to produce for me. Picked young and the skin is very thin/easily bruises. Roasted first batch and they were a delicious mild flavor! Very soft but the roasting gave a nice crust on them. 2nd batch mixed in a stir fry and it overcooked very easily and was mushy. I like how prolific this plant is and the mild taste. Just need to make sure not to overcook. Well definitely grow again.
