I grew them for the first time this year. It was absolute champion compared to other varieties. These cute little eggplants are picture purfect and cook really well. 100% seed gem=rmination too. I will grow them the next year.

great in stir fries very prolific

Prolific, robust, beautiful plants! Slim eggplants, gorgeous, tender, tasty, and mine had thin skin, and not a lot of seeds especially when harvested by the time they grow to be between 4" to 7" long or so. I made a lot of Baba ghanoush spread, and Eggplant Gratin with them {slicing them lengthwise}. I also gave away some plants which the recipient loved, and gave away some fruit because there was so much from my 5 plants. This is one of my favorite varieties. I have grown these in containers and raised beds and they both did great. I usually grow several of these plants. I slice them in half and grill them, or you can roast them. With a little Italian dressing and parmesan cheese, oh my! I had great germination and will always grow this one in my garden.
