This variety is one of the oldest squash still being grown. Cultivated for centuries by indigenous peoples in North America, the namesake comes from the bent neck of the gourd with its rounded bottom. This shape provides good meat with minimal seeds. Pick them small, and they are the best thing for a summer stir-fry or vegetable salad.
The seed looks good, but it's winter, so can't attest as to how it grows.
Doing good...little powdery mildew but producing...
Exactly what I ordered and delivered in a timely manner thrid year I have used their stuff
This is seriously the BEST squash we've had. The plants did super well for us, and almost every seed sprouted. They were big and beautiful and gave us so many squash we were gifting like crazy!
This is a new one for me! Can't wait to try it!
This basil is insane!! It’s growing so fast and the leaves are as big as the palm of my hand!
Awesome color on these. Beautiful addition to the (majority pink shades) zinnias I usually grow.
I have way more celery than I have room to plant!
Planted my basil as soon as thepackets arrived!
Last year I decided to plant a "tunnel" of sunflowers on the other side of my tall blueberry bushes and these added a colorful variety to the typical yellow! These are now a favorite that will be a "grow again!"
