Svea is a cold-hardy Marbled Purple Stripe garlic that produces attractive purple-streaked bulbs with 5–8 large, easy-to-peel cloves. It is prized for its vigorous growth, excellent flavor, and reliable performance in northern climates. Its rich, complex taste makes it a favorite for roasting, baking, and fresh culinary use.
