This Porcelain hard-neck garlic is one of the best multipurpose garlic. It is great for use in the kitchen for its easy peal and hot flavor when raw and even sweeter flavor when cooked and roasted. This hardy variety is great for growing in the northern states and Canada, harvesting earlier than any other porcelain garlic. Producing 4-6 cloves per head makes a great option to be grown for farmer's markets.

    Uh ho

    I am a little concerned that one bulb's cloves will not grow as the cloves were off color and softer than usual. Otherwise they came on time and I prefer buying my supplies from the Michigan area.

    Looking forward to planting and growing garlic.
    Last year the weather was so warm in December that they grew 9 inches then died but never returned in the spring. Hoping it will be a better harvest next year
