These radishes are amazing when added to a salad or fermenting side dishes. These are spicy and crisp with just the right amount of peppery earthy flavor that we all love from a radish. These seeds grew really well! Unfortunately I only got to eat one before the rest bolted in the heat. So spicy! The plants are taller than me now, and I plan on saving the seeds when they're ready and trying again in the fall. I'm new to gardening so this has been a really neat experience!

One of my favorite things to grow is spinach, I grow mostly in containers so I like to try and get as much as possible out of my small garden. This variety definitely does that. I get massive leaves and fill up a gallon sized ziplock bag relatively quickly every week when the harvest begins.
Germination went very well, popped up within a few days. Growing well!
