Easy germination and very high rate

I tried these this year, and I am very happy. For us (we are used to arugula and a wider variety of more flavorful salad greens) these are mild enough to substitute for lettuce on sandwiches and tacos, and they are growing well through the heat of the summer. They do attract aphids, but not as heavily as the kale and collards

I grew these specifically to add more iron and protein to my salads through greens...they complete the proteins from my cheeses.
Germinated well, not sure of the rate because I did not pay attention to these for some strange reason. Love the peppery addition as well!
