AnnualA true white eggplant. This variety is unique and delicious! A rare Japanese variety that produces long 5-8 inch slender fruits that are creamy-white to almost pure white. Soft and small-seeded. When ripe the skin will lose its sheen and be slightly soft to the touch. Great in stir-fries and Italian dishes with its mushroom-like flavor and silky texture.

The bulbs were large and healthy looking. Great price also. I can’t wait for planting time.
These are like XL cherry tomatoes (1.5-2 inches wide) that taste great and are uniform in size. I will be growing more of this variety next Spring.
Though they are not named Scotch Bonnet, they are definitely as hot and fragrant as a Scotch Bonnet pepper (and I'm happy I bought them to try). I bought more packets recently to be ready for next Spring and to share with my Jamaican family!

The seeds germinated very well. It was my first time ever growing radishes and I was pleased with how easy they were to grow.
