These radishes are amazing when added to a salad or fermenting side dishes. These are spicy and crisp with just the right amount of peppery earthy flavor that we all love from a radish. One of the spiciest radishes on the market.

These seeds grew really well! Unfortunately I only got to eat one before the rest bolted in the heat. So spicy! The plants are taller than me now, and I plan on saving the seeds when they're ready and trying again in the fall. I'm new to gardening so this has been a really neat experience!

So far all 6 seeds that I planted have germinated and are growing well. I am planning on transplanting them into bigger pots soon until they’re ready for the garden.
