This 1950s variety is a non-heading, slow bolting variety with large greenish-blue leaves. Its sweet, delicious flavor is ideal for sauteing, baking, or eating fresh. This variety grows up to 32" tall. Sweetest when harvested in cooler weather, which makes this perfect for a spring or fall growing season.
Shipping was quick. Looking forward to a great harvest. #northtx

First time ever growing chia . 2 out of the 3 came up. Still little seedlings so far so good.
I love these seed trays! Super sturdy!
Excellent choices of varieties, all of which grow great in my area. I can't wait to winter sow them in a month or two. From past experience I have complete confidence that they will germinate and produce. Thanks, MIGardener!
Fun way to get new interesting varieties in the garden, I love the grab bags! My sister and I have purchased these for the last few years and we make a big deal about the big reveal. We video-call each delivery (we both purchase more than one set) and play some sort of game or announcement of each packet . It’s the highlight of fall and helps us get over the end of gardening season blues!
The taste of this tomato is super sweet. I made pico de gallo and it was a treat. I got a one pound tomato in my grow bag.
