They arrived nicely. Won’t be planted for over a month though

I grew these in the summer of 2024 and although they were a little slow getting started for me, they turned out great, lots of large beans and enough to save for seeds for 2025.
And the hummingbirds loved them too.

These are easily the most gorgeous bean plants I've grown, with the exception of red noodle beans (give those a try too--the lovely blossoms will not disappoint!). I only planted 4 seeds as I was limited on space this year, but they ended up producing over a cup of shelled dry beans. They produce later in the season, so don't feel discouraged if the beautiful red flowers come and go. They'll be back. Mine waited to produce until the ridiculous Kansas summer heat subsided, around early September (I planted in early June). Definitely figure out a way to trellis these guys. I wove a makeshift trellis out of old yarn up the side of my house to an upper level balcony (about 12' off the ground), and they used every bit of it.

I absolutely love the bright flowers and so do the pollinators!! Beans are tasty and also beautiful themselves. A staple for me!

This is a beautiful vine, most of all love the color of the flowers and germination is amazing, always 100% with every seed 💚
