Brassica oleracea. This stunning purple kale is one of the darkest kale varieties in the world. The hotter the weather gets, the deeper purple it becomes. Cold hardy and frost tolerant, the scarlet kale is a MIgardener favorite. The plant is packed with nutrients and antioxidants due to its purple color. Great in salads or juiced. A VERY rare and sought-after variety.
I am just about to start flats with spring veggies, herbs, and flowers, so I can’t give a review on the scarlet kale yet. However, I am sure they will be great quality like all my other seeds from MIGardener.
Looking forward to growing this in the spring!
Ants took my seed right out of the rows planted. So will start again with transplanted seedlings.
MIG seeds always germinate. Thanks for having good products.
This grows so well in Kentucky falls . I have now grown it for 2 years
I grow these every year and they do very well. The harvest never makes it back into the house. I love to snack on them while I’m in the garden and my kids enjoy them too.
Rose tomatoe. I planted 5 seeds 4 germinated. I already transplanted them.
This basil is insane!! It’s growing so fast and the leaves are as big as the palm of my hand!
Awesome color on these. Beautiful addition to the (majority pink shades) zinnias I usually grow.
I have way more celery than I have room to plant!
