This Kale grows wonderfully in South Central Alaska. It’s hardy and cold tolerant. It’s a plentiful producer and goes well in soups, salads, smoothies, etc.

Any seeds I purchase from in my Gardener always have a nearly 100% germination rate. Can't recommend High enough!

If you blanch and then dry Red Russian Kale, crush it, you can fit a large amount in a quart jar for storage. Then whenever you make a soup, stew, or casserole you use it as a seasoning to add another layer of flavor to you meals. I always keep it on hand.
