Annual0 SHU. A highly prized grilling pepper used in Italian cooking. Plants produce many deep red medium/mild peppers that are curved at the top and measure around 5 inches long. Excellent fresh or dried. Genetics can be traced back to the early 1900s.

Here in zone 8b, my pepper seeds have yet to germinate but I know this is typical for peppers.
Transplant your peppers, tomatoes too, when the soil warms up to 50 degrees! You should get lots of peppers with temps up to 85-90 degrees.

One of my absolute favorite varieties of sweet peppers to grow is the Jimmy Nardello. Much better flavor than a classic sweet pepper such as the bell variety. A must have in every garden

So far all 6 seeds that I planted have germinated and are growing well. I am planning on transplanting them into bigger pots soon until they’re ready for the garden.
My old reliable variety, always produces an abundance of tomatoes towards the end of the season!
Little pepper plants popped up quickly, they seem to be doing very well thus far.
