Carnations are sometimes dyed in order to fit any arrangement, but this stunningly deep purple variety is all natural! This old fashioned cultivar of Dianthus, orniginating from the Mediteranian, has a strong clovelike fragrance that will outshine many stems in your collection. Each spray, or stem clusters, has mulitple flower heads. Stems grow up to 24" long and have an extremely long vase life once cut.
Please resend. I opened the package and there were no seeds. Thanks
I haven't seen them bloom yet and I am hopeful about the final coloring. Research says small percentage of seeds turn this color. No matter the color scent will be wonderful.
They are pretty but this picture is incorrect. They should take a new picture of it cause it's more of a maroon.
Do I completely cut back the carnations in the fall or should I wait till spring?
These are gorgeous but more of a dark maroon than purple. They overwinter in my zone 9b

Very happy with my purchase. I planted 40 seeds and they all germinated! Felt like I ran the lottery. Haven’t had a harvest yet but they are growing well. Already knee high. Very happy with my purchase
This is my second year ordering the bare root strawberry plants, and I will say these are the healthiest plant starts!! I will order again
I loved my Chandler Blueberries. I have had it for a year now. As a beginner blueberry grower, I loved how easily it is to maintain the plant in its healthy state. I live in Zone 7. It lived through its first winter snow, and sprouted back up in Spring, just shows how cold-hardy it can be. It is now slowly blooming. Hopefully in the next few years it will produce me some juicy blueberries!
Not so great raw, but awesome sautéed and in soups! Grows great in warm climate. It takes a while to get started, but once it takes off, it doesn't stop! Very easy for new gardeners ❣️
Once the bare root arrived, I immediately saw a sprout growing from the tip. I was pleasantly surprised it had gone out of dormancy. It is currently growing healthy green foliage outside in part shade and full sun. I see a few grape clusters though unfortunately I have to cut them, so the plant’s roots fully establish.
