I’ve always liked MIgardener, which makes this review tough to write. I was really looking forward to my plants, but when the package arrived, I was heartbroken. Out of ten plants, five were already dead—soft, rotting, and lifeless. I even dissected them, hoping to find a hint of green or any sign of life… but there was nothing.
To their credit, customer service was excellent—friendly, responsive, and quick to offer replacements. That alone deserves five stars. But when the second shipment arrived, my hope was crushed again. Same issue. Only one plant looked like it might survive.
I can’t say for sure if they were dead when shipped or if they died in transit. The packaging—a thin white sleeve—offered almost no protection. It’s possible they were crushed or damaged along the way.
I still support what MIgardener stands for, but this experience has left me disappointed and hesitant to order plants again. I think from now on, I’ll just stick with seeds—they’ve always done well for me.

Unfortunately this was never delivered. The USPS tracking still only shows the package as accepted. I think this is an issue with the Post Office rather than the company as I have had no issues in the past. I also failed to call to inquire in a timely manner so some of this responsibility also lies with me.
