A true white eggplant. This variety is unique and delicious! A rare Japanese variety that produces long 5-8 inch slender fruits that are creamy-white to almost pure white. Soft and small-seeded. When ripe the skin will lose its sheen and be slightly soft to the touch. Great in stir-fries and Italian dishes with its mushroom-like flavor and silky texture.
always happy with seeds
These seeds took longer than expected to germinate. These did find once I added warming pads. They produced well and we were happy with the taste. We preferred these grilled with olive oil, garlic, and rosemary.
Last year I failed with the Casper white eggplant.. I had some left over seeds from last year and decided to plant a few in a 1 foot deep 3x3’ containers from a big package store. I have two plants in them each. They are growing and producing. Maybe mine are smaller because they do not look like the picture. Probably because of what they are planted in.. Only thing is I don’t know when to pick them. They are not oblong but shaped like and egg. Isn’t it cute.
Testing with grow light. The light was not sufficient. Window sill seedlings are amazing! Crossing fingers. Exactly as stated when arrived.

Very happy with my purchase. I planted 40 seeds and they all germinated! Felt like I ran the lottery. Haven’t had a harvest yet but they are growing well. Already knee high. Very happy with my purchase
This is my second year ordering the bare root strawberry plants, and I will say these are the healthiest plant starts!! I will order again
I loved my Chandler Blueberries. I have had it for a year now. As a beginner blueberry grower, I loved how easily it is to maintain the plant in its healthy state. I live in Zone 7. It lived through its first winter snow, and sprouted back up in Spring, just shows how cold-hardy it can be. It is now slowly blooming. Hopefully in the next few years it will produce me some juicy blueberries!
Not so great raw, but awesome sautéed and in soups! Grows great in warm climate. It takes a while to get started, but once it takes off, it doesn't stop! Very easy for new gardeners ❣️
Once the bare root arrived, I immediately saw a sprout growing from the tip. I was pleasantly surprised it had gone out of dormancy. It is currently growing healthy green foliage outside in part shade and full sun. I see a few grape clusters though unfortunately I have to cut them, so the plant’s roots fully establish.
