Determinate: Madhatter is a truly unique determinate tomato that lives up to its whimsical name. This semi-dwarf bush variety produces heavy clusters of fruit that appear nearly jet black at the tops of the plant, creating the look of little black top hats. Beneath the thin, dark anthocyanin-rich skin lies a juicy, bright red interior with medium acidity and a subtle smoky flavor. Fruits are excellent for slicing and add striking color and flavor to fresh salads. Compact, prolific, and full of character, Madhatter is as delightful to grow as it is to eat.
The seeds were received in good order. I don't know what this tomato will be like because I haven't grown them yet. Perhaps you might consider timing these reviews so that we can respond after we have actually grown them, because I don't see the point in asking for a review now when all I can tell you is I received the seeds.
Best prices for seeds online by far! I love supporting family businesses. I've yet to plant them but looking forward to them in my 2026 garden.
This look like such a wonderful tomato and I can’t wait to grow it this spring.

Planting this new color in the spring. Love the other colors I have from you.
We planted several of your beans and found the pinto bean being our favorite and most used, not that we don't also like the other beans. I had never grown beans before and had no idea of how easy and low maintenance they require. We plan to triple the amount at our next planting.
