I plant red romaine lettuce each year. My Mom and I both love it. It is tender and so easy to grow.

germination was good

growing a few of these indoors under a light for winter sandwiches. they came up fine still to small to eat so jury is out on taste. growing winter plants also puts moisture in the house and it is very dry this year so bonus.
