1 POUND BAG: Russet Burbank potatoes are a classic, versatile variety celebrated for their rich flavor and excellent cooking qualities. These large, oblong potatoes have a thick, netted russet skin and dry, fluffy white flesh, making them perfect for baking, mashing, frying, or roasting.
A late-season variety, they mature in about 95-115 days and thrive in well-drained, nutrient-rich soil with full sun.
Russet Burbank potatoes store exceptionally well, maintaining their quality for months under proper conditions.
When properly harvested, cured, and stored, they can last for 6 to 8 months, making them one of the best potato varieties for long-term storage.

I planted these on 4/18, and they seem to be growing nicely! I have them split into -0 gallon grow bags with 2 in each bag (came with 4 seed potatoes). The real test will be upon harvesting. Happy so far.
Packed in full paper wrap and secured shut with large swipe of. I definitely will purchase again.
I am loving them and still waiting to plant in my area since the weather hasn't been cooperating yet.

These were cut on April 22nd and planted April 23, 2025. They came up on May 4th. I'm in central SD, zone 4b. Next year, I'll get more!

I wasn't sure it would survive when I planted it, but it is growing. Very happy with my purchase
I immediately set this plant outside to begin hardening off. After about 2 weeks, I planted it in it's dedicated grow bag until I get a more permanent planter, and I must say it is living life. It has grown so much since I received it. I believe I'm going to remove the blossoms this year to continue promoting healthy growth.
Love this. I collect stickers on my garden notebook for fun and inspiration and this spoke to me.
