This variety produces small, cute pods that are delicious and able to be eaten raw, cooked, pods, or peas! The plant produces early and abundantly producing pods around 3-4 inches in length. flowers attract pollinators into the garden and are a great early spring crop to grow since sugar snap peas are extremely cold hardy. Many have reported being able to have snow on them without being negatively affected.

I usually get great germination with MI Gardener seeds, but this time it was underwhelming. I planted all 20 seeds that came in the packet and only 8 or so sprouted. Maybe it was user error, but I did the same with all my other seeds and they had almost 100% germination.

Reminds me of a mini daikon radish. Beautiful little white radishes, not bitter or spicy. These had great germination for me and produced reliably through a fluctuating cold and warm April/May spring time. We always look forward to harvesting these as one of our first harvested vegetables of the year, and my family loves to boil them whole with some stock as radish soup.
