1 POUND BAG:  4-6 potatoes/ pound : Yukon Gold potatoes are a versatile and beloved variety, known for their smooth, golden-yellow skin and creamy, buttery-flavored flesh. An early season potato, they mature in about 70-80 days and thrive in well-drained, fertile soil.

Yukon Golds are excellent for roasting, mashing, frying, or baking, making them a kitchen staple. Their moist texture and rich taste set them apart, perfect for a variety of dishes.

These potatoes grow well in full sun and are highly productive, producing consistent, medium-sized tubers. Yukon Gold potatoes typically store well for about 2 to 3 months under ideal conditions. They are considered medium-term storage potatoes because of their thinner skin.
