This was my first time ever with lettuce. I did a sand compost mixture and they turned out so large and delicious.
Threw them in the ground, cover them up, the next time it rained they came up quickly.
I’ve been struggling to get things to grow this year as I am amending the soil, but the Marshmallow plants popped up wherever I planted them!
Good quality
This is the first beet I've truly enjoyed eating - it's got the beet flavor, but it's so much milder than other varieties. They grew really well for me in raised beds (zone 6b) and were fantastic as pickled beets. I could not keep up with the demand! I'll be planting way more of these next season.
