AnnualA staff favorite! This Romaine type of lettuce may appear mint green in color but not taste. This crisp lettuce has a mild, sweet, and crunchy flavor. It has leaves with a very characteristic spikey texture, making them an excellent addition to salads.

I've never had any luck growing lettuce until I tried the Crisp Mint variety. This one grew great, and unlike the other varieties I planted, it didn't get bitter quickly. The germination rate was really good. This variety is on my "must grow" list again for this year. I'm even going to try to grow some indoors with grow lights to be sure we have salad fixings all year round.
Can't wait to try this cute lettuce this year!
The name says it all - this is a crisp lettuce like a Romaine with a pretty mint-like color. The taste is fantastic, and it is slow to bolt in the summer. I was enjoying it well into July in Michigan.

The bulbs were large and healthy looking. Great price also. I can’t wait for planting time.
These are like XL cherry tomatoes (1.5-2 inches wide) that taste great and are uniform in size. I will be growing more of this variety next Spring.
Though they are not named Scotch Bonnet, they are definitely as hot and fragrant as a Scotch Bonnet pepper (and I'm happy I bought them to try). I bought more packets recently to be ready for next Spring and to share with my Jamaican family!

The seeds germinated very well. It was my first time ever growing radishes and I was pleased with how easy they were to grow.
