AnnualAmaranthus cruentus. The perfect deep red for late summer and fall arrangements. Stays upright once cut while allowing movement to its feathery plumes. Leaves are edible and make a tasty, nutritious green when tender and before they reach full maturity.
First Time Growing this flower. I am hoping to put them in summer vases.

So far all 6 seeds that I planted have germinated and are growing well. I am planning on transplanting them into bigger pots soon until they’re ready for the garden.

Little pepper plants popped up quickly, they seem to be doing very well thus far.
