Indeterminate: Lucid Gem is a striking indeterminate slicer that combines beauty, flavor, and reliability. Plants produce heavy yields of firm, meaty fruits that are remarkably uniform in size and shape. Tomatoes ripen from deep purple with yellow undertones to a vivid blend of purple and orange, often showing a subtle tie-dye effect as the purple shoulders streak through the golden flesh. Sweet and low in acid, with excellent crack resistance, Lucid Gem is as delicious as it is stunning—a true jewel in any tomato patch.
Looking forward to planting this beauty
A wonderful heirloom variety with beautiful fruits
This is for the 2026 season
Awesome seeds
The seeds arrived well packaged and well labeled. They will be started in the Spring, but I have no doubt that they will have a good germination rate. I have had excellent success with any MI Gardener seeds that I have grown and will continue to be a loyal customer.
We planted five seeds in five die pattern in 12 x 2.5" starter pots because we suspected finicky germination rate, but much to our surprise 53 of the 60 seeds came up! We gave four seedlings to family and pricked the remaining 49 out and everyone is doing very well in its own pot. Grade A seeds in our opinion! We love MIGardener!
Germanated quickly on a heat mat. Off the mat and growing ready to transplant early/mid april. Excited for leeks this autumn
Last year I bought seeds from my local store and I didnt get anything to germinate. This year I purchased all my seeds from MIGardener and I've had to give seedlings away cause nearly all the seeds sprouted!!!
Great germination! I'm excited to see how the onions turn out
My only complaint is that I was not prepared for how well and fast all of the seeds would grow soI had to pot up earlier than expected! I am very happy with all of the seeds I have purchased from here!
