Delicious and easy to grow!

I received a packet of this mix with a previous greenstalk order through MIgardener (best price around!) and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to grow and how delicious it was! I’ve never grown salad greens before and this was the perfect mix. Even after burning out on gardening late in the summer, I will always look forward to growing this salad green mix in the spring. Grew in fabric grow bags and had a lot of fun with the variety from one seed packet. It is challenging to thin properly, but with so many seeds in one packet and how fast they grow you can easily succession plant and have fresh lettuce on hand all season
